Good day, My name is Jason Hale, Founder and Senior Consultant at Solid Principal Consulting & Partners, LLC. Since 2010, I have been mentoring entrepreneurs and IT small business owners in applying best fit technology and provided underpinning for solid, sound workflows. As many have gone on to become very successful, In 2015 I shifted my focus to providing solutions for neighboring small businesses, specifically focus on medical, veterinary, and legal service providers. for years I have designed, built and maintained HIPAA compliant networks optimizing EMR/EHR traffic, Point of Sales, and QuickBooks, as well as specialized computing, medical and production equipment, phone systems, Access Control and Surveillance CCTV countermeasures, among IDS, IPS and other systems. All the while staying in the know, and in some cases ahead of emerging technology trends like IOT and Computational Deep Learning (Touted by some as Artificial Intelligence (AI)). These skills, obtained in freelance, under my company name, and as day jobs, have afforded me the opportunity to make quite a few industry and vendor partners along the way.

My approach was and has been simple. Through conversation and review we strive to understand your current standings of your Business systems and where you would like to go with them. I take time to observe and understand the daily efforts of your organization, as well as the people, and their daily contribution to the overall workflow, then we talk about your overall goals, and an overall time frame. From there, I prepare a proposal or series of proposals that make sense, to include continuing up-keep. Upon acceptance, I take ownership of the campaign to achieving those goals with you through technology, and intend real discussion, (not sales speak) from one business owner to another throughout the process. At this point, with the introduction of unfair tax on businesses to make up for the wreckless spending of Maryland's Governor and legislative bodies, I am exploring placing SPC&C in a dormant status. Current clients will not recieve invoices a dime any technical related services with agreements in flight. With that all service offerings of a non-written nature will be sunsetting within the calendar year. I thank all of you for your business through the past 15 years and would not trade it for anything. It's been an amazing ride.
